Jody and his team did a great job replacing our AC system. Our system went out in the middle of the day when it was 95 degrees. Jody guaranteed he would get our AC ordered and installed that same week and that is exactly what he did. They saved us so much money. Forget the big companies go with a small family business, they will treat you like a friend and not just some name on a piece of paper. You will not be disappointed. Jody will take the time to talk with you and explain the answer to any questions you may have about the job to be done. Thanks again for such a great job!

Our old AC unit died about 3 weeks ago. We called around to several places trying to get quotes but no one would give us one over the phone (which is what we wanted)except for Jody. He actually answers his phone and you dont have to wait for a call back or talk to some answering service. He quoted us a good price and we went with him. We had our whole AC unit replaced today(inside and out). Jody and his crew showed up on time and were very professional, polite and knew what they were doing. The job took about a half a day to complete and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole job and service. They cleaned up and took all of the trash afterwards. They treated us like family and they will do the same for you. Customer service was outstanding, workmanship was awesome. So instead of calling other companys, just call Jody. I can't recommend Affordable Air Conditioning & Heating LLC enough. Jody took time to actually troubleshoot the system and isolate the problem instead of jumping to trying to sell me a new system. Jody was very eager to discuss exactly what he was doing and the principles behind it. My looking over their shoulder as they worked was welcome and really eased my mind on what was going on. In short, if you have HVAC issues, I recommend you call Affordable first.
